Richarlison COMPLETES Spurs medical, Juventus work on ‘FINAL’ Di Maria details, PSG want to SELL Neymar
Hello football fans
Bruno Fernandes has tried to end speculation over Cristiano Ronaldo’s future by claiming the Portuguese should stay.
Ronaldo has been linked with a transfer after United failed to qualify for the Champions League.
But Fernandes played down the rumours, telling Portuguese newspaper Record: “I spoke to him a few weeks ago – we’re both on vacation, no one bothers friends on vacation.
“I hope to meet him on [July 4] train there [at Manchester United]I don’t expect more than that.
“There is nothing more than that, but everyone takes care of their future. I don’t believe the club is ready to lose a player of Cristiano’s worth.”
Chelsea are fighting against Barcelona’s 11th-hour attempt to sign Raphinha.
Blues owner Todd Boehly looked to have pocketed the Brazilian winger after agreeing a £55m deal with Leeds.
But after seeing interest from rivals Arsenal, Boehly now faces the threat of losing to Barcelona.
Raphinha Deco’s agent, who has played for both Barca and Chelsea, was spotted at the Spanish giants’ offices on Wednesday in a last ditch attempt to arrange a move.
Raphinha, 25, has always been keen on moving to Camp Nou.
But the cash-strapped Catalans need to raise funds to abide by Financial Fair Play rules and sign their No.1 target Robert Lewandowski from Bayern.
